We have been in the business of buying and selling used machinery for over 25 years. We deal with our customers with honesty and integrity. We work diligently to avoid misunderstandings. In todays litigious business environment, we are pleased that we have never been to court over a customer claim or dispute. We are proud of our reputation with our customers. 2. How do I know that I'll be getting a machine that works and will meet my needs? |

We will always provide photographs and as objective appraisal of the machine as we can, however, the appraisal will be through our eyes. We always recommend that you or one of your representatives evaluate the machine on our floor before you purchase it. |

3. How do I know that your evaluation of the machine is accurate? |

Our staff is experienced and knowledgeable. We inspect every machine upon receipt into our inventory. We are highly motivated to earn and keep satisfied customers. The average tenure of our experienced staff is 12 years. If you would like to meet our staff, point and click here. |

All machines purchased from our owned inventory has a 30 day return or repair privilege. We decide with our customer which option makes the most sense. All broker or consignment machines are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. However, if you are interested in a warranty or special return privilege, we can factor that into the price of the machine. |

We average just 59 days to sell all machines in our inventory and 39% are sold before they even reach our warehouse! We believe our inventory turnover is the quickest in our industry. As an interested buyer of used equipment, our high speed turnover ensures that the time you spend with us will be productive whether it be a visit to our website or a phone call to our sales staff we will always have a fresh machine to discuss with you. As a consignor, our quick inventory turns help insure that your consigned inventory will be sold in the most time-efficient manner possible. |

We work very hard to include only late model and well treated machines in our inventory. We hand clean every machine. We do not use any high pressure cleaning methods. We consistently leverage the excellent reputation we have with many banks, leasing and financing institutions to remarket their acquired or repossessed machine tools. When a machine is ready to ship from our inventory, one of our staff specialists verifies that the truck picking up the machine has an air ride trailer and cab; and that the machine is properly secured, tarpped and finalized with photographic documentation. Finally, we do everything we can to make sure there are no unpleasant surprises for our customers. |
